Seeking therapy is a the vital first step to recovering and healing.

In individual therapy, I will create a safe space for you to explore these intense emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I will walk with you to aid you in bettering yourself and overcoming your struggles by resolving conflict, developing healthy coping skills, and challenging unhelpful beliefs about yourself.

I seek to understand, accept, and facilitate growth using a tailored approach that best fits your needs. I work to individualize your treatment in order to fit your unique needs and strengths, while drawing on effective treatment modalities to provide evidence-based interventions. My goal is to help you live life without being held down by struggles.

Rates, sliding scale, and payment

  • 50 minute individual therapy sessions cost is $150 per session.

  • All sliding scale spots are full and I am unable to provide sliding scale services at this time.

I accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, FSA, and HSA through a secure client portal.

Unfortunately I do not have the capacity to accept insurance at this time.

By not accepting insurance, I am able to protect your confidentiality by not disclosing information about our sessions to a third party. Additionally you and I are allowed to set the frequency and durations of your therapy treatment rather than having duration or amount of sessions dictated by a third party insurance provider.
